The FCV tobacco farmers shall not plant tobacco in excess of area authorised and produce tobacco over and above the quota authorized by the Board.  The excess quantity produced by the registered growers and unauthorised tobacco produced by unregistered growers without registration from the Board will be in violation of Tobacco Board Act and Rules.
